Returns are only for damaged items
Unfortunately,
 as our plastic stencils are meticulously crafted upon order, we don't offer a general return policy. Each stencil is meticulously made to your specifications, making returns for change of mind impractical. However, we understand that accidents happen, and if your stencil arrives damaged during shipping, we're happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.
Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at  info@stencillo.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly guide you through the process. We'll need some photos of the damaged stencil and your order confirmation details, and we'll get a replacement or refund on its way to you promptly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@stencillo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We create each stencil upon order, thats why exchanges are not available


EU Right of Withdrawal
While each of our plastic stencils is meticulously crafted upon order, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

Therefore, our EU customers have the flexibility to modify their design or cancel their order within 72 hours (3 days) of placement, we will refund you the full amount.

This brief window allows us to address concerns while minimizing unnecessary material waste and production disruptions. We believe this approach balances customer satisfaction with responsible resource management, ensuring a positive experience for all.

 

Refunds
if your stencil arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order,  We'll need some photos of the damaged stencil and your order confirmation details, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@stencillo.com.
